AMTCE’s training partner HTL.tech has recently won ‘Housing Project of the Year – Medium’ at the 2025 Building & Architect of the Year Awards with the Grange Close 3D Construction Printed (3DCP) Housing Development in Dundalk, Co. Louth.
Grange Close is the first social housing scheme in Ireland and Europe to be delivered using 3D Construction Printing technology with Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) – a significant advancement in making additive construction more accessible, scalable, and cost-effective.
We were delighted to help bring this ground breaking project to life as a training partner. LMETB was among the first to introduce training for 3D concrete printing (3DCP) into Ireland under the umbrella of its Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre of Excellence (AMTCE).
