The AMTCE officially launched a new suite of Cyber programmes this June at the Louth & Meath ETB and the AMTCE “Strategic Initiatives for Advanced Manufacturing in our National Cyber Security Ecosystem” ,launched in the Buswells Hotel in Dublin by Ossian Smyth, TD the Minister of State responsible for Public Procurement, eGovernment, and Circular Economy, along with Martin O Brien,the Chief Executive of LMETB and founder of the AMTCE, and Senator Gerard Craughwell .
During the launch, Martin O’Brien emphasized the significance of training in helping the advanced manufacturing sector embrace the benefits of Industry 4.0 while managing risks.
LMETB and AMTCE offer accessible cyber security training programmes that provide the skills and knowledge necessary to improve and develop the cyber security expertise of Ireland’s advanced manufacturing workforce.
The AMTCE’s cybersecurity programme offers #SkillstoAdvance training, available to both employees and supporting employers in enhancing their workforce’s skills. These training programmes focus on helping industries in all sectors to identify cyber risks and understand how they can impact an organization’s physical assets, software, and data. The AMTCE ensures high-quality training by involving industry experts, guaranteeing the latest knowledge and expertise.
